Cozen O’Connor Assessment and Implementation

Cozen O’Connor has completed its assessment of how the California State University (CSU) and its campuses respond to reports and incidents of discrimination and harassment. Through a series of interviews, campus visits, survey results and email feedback, they have identified core observations for improvements at both the system and campus levels. The recommendations from this assessment will guide and help us improve our Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation (DHR) training, awareness, prevention, intervention, compliance and support systems.

Please see the full systemwide report, systemwide summary report and the SF State-specific report. They can also be found on the CSU’s Commitment to Change website. For additional information and context, please read SFSU President Lynn Mahoney's message sent to the campus community on July 17, 2023.
