The Office for Civil Rights and Title IX receive reports and complaints of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct and related retaliation and provides for the prompt resolution of any prohibited conduct that may violate the Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy.
The Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy prohibits the following:
- Discrimination on any Protected Status
- Harassment based on any Protected Status
- Sexual Harassment
- Sexual Misconduct
- Sexual Exploitation
- Dating Violence
- Domestic Violence
- Stalking
- Prohibited Consensual Relationships
- Retaliation

Alleged misconduct by students that do not fall under the Nondiscrimination Policy is addressed by the Office of Student Conduct. Alleged misconduct by employees or third-parties that do not fall under the Non-Discrimination Policy is addressed by the appropriate administrator in Faculty Affairs or Human Resources.
